Experienced Travel Product Manager (Full-time)
Viabus GMBH is a leading tour operator with bus and flight bus trips from the Netherlands. We offer trips within and outside Europe with the labels Bolderman Excursiereizen, Effeweg.nl, Diogenes Groepsreizen and Van Nood Reizen. An excellent price-quality ratio is used. The office in the Netherlands is located in Veenendaal, where approximately 75 employees work. Viabus GMBH's head office is located in Zurich (Switzerland) right next to the Central Station.
What does your position look like?
In these current times, we want to strengthen our team with a new product manager who will help us to manage the existing travel program, but also to initiate and supervise the development of new trips. A good program determines how relevant you are as an organization. To achieve this, the wishes of customers and the business must be clearly understood. You work in an enthusiastic and creative team with a wide variety of activities.
The work includes, among others:
- Composing and purchasing trips
- Calculate the sales price
- Managing contacts with partners
- Being able to work together with colleagues on a creative level to jointly develop new travel concepts
- Taking responsibility for the end product
- Have a passion for travel
- An extensive travel experience
Candidates must also have:
- Completed college education
- At least 2-3 years of experience in product management at a tour operator
- Good numerical insight
- You have the necessary commercial skills and can negotiate well
- Good command of the Dutch, German and English language (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
