Coach planner (20-40 uur)
Viabus GMBH is a leading tour operator with bus and flight bus trips from the Netherlands. We offer trips within and outside Europe with the labels Bolderman Excursiereizen, Effeweg.nl, Diogenes Groepsreizen and Van Nood Reizen. An excellent price-quality ratio is used. The office in the Netherlands is located in Veenendaal, where approximately 75 employees work. Viabus GMBH's head office is located in Zurich (Switzerland) right next to the Central Station.
As a coach planner you are partly responsible for hiring coaches and linking them to our bus trips. You like puzzling and you have strong problem-solving skills. In addition, you also focus on the financial picture of the hiring. Naturally, you proactively think about possible improvements in processes, tools and procedures.
In this coordinating role you work closely with colleagues from the Marketing, Customer Service, Sales and Administration departments. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
What makes you the person we are looking for?
- At least 2-3 years of work experience as a planner
- You have good communication and organizational skills and are stress-resistant
- You are positive and commercially minde
- Tourist knowledge is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Flexibly available
- Also available on a roster basis during departures and returns on weekends
